We guarantee you a monthly rental payment that is paid to you every month regardless of whether there are any voids. So you collect a single rental payment, sent every month, always on time.

No Maintenance

Our maintenance team takes care of general maintenance issues as and when they happen. We also make sure that all the necessary certificates are kept up-to-date, such as Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs etc.
